These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platform, and cleaning services (“Services”). By booking a service or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services. 2. Scope of Services ClearNest provides professional cleaning services for residential and small commercial spaces. Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-ons such as oven, fridge, or window cleaning. Availability of specific services may vary by location. All bookings are subject to availability and may require confirmation. 3. Booking and Access Bookings can be made via our website. You agree to provide accurate property details and access instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that our cleaning professionals have timely access to the premises. If our cleaners are unable to access the location within 20 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled, and a call-out fee may apply. 4. Pricing and Payment Prices are calculated based on the type and size of the property, selected services, and any custom add-ons. All pricing is transparent and confirmed during booking. Additional fees may apply for properties in extreme condition or for extra time requested on-site. Payment is due upon completion of service unless prepaid online. We accept major payment methods securely through our system. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, staff availability, or unexpected circumstances. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a return visit to address any reasonable concerns at no additional charge. Satisfaction is measured based on the original booking checklist and scope. Complaints received after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean. 7. Liability and Damages While our team exercises great care during service, accidents can happen. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours. ClearNest is insured and will assess claims fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, fragile items not disclosed, or incidents caused by poor property maintenance. We encourage customers to secure valuables and clearly communicate any areas of concern before service begins. 8. Health & Safety Our cleaners use eco-friendly and effective cleaning supplies. If you require specific products (e.g., hypoallergenic), please let us know in advance. For safety, cleaners are not permitted to: Move heavy furniture Clean areas that are unsafe or pose a biohazard risk Climb beyond step stools Handle pest-related cleaning We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed hazardous or inappropriate. 9. Pets and Property We love animals! However, it is your responsibility to secure pets during the service to ensure the safety of both pets and staff. Our team is not liable for escaped pets or pet-related accidents unless caused by negligence. Please inform us in advance of any specific pet-related instructions. 10. Intellectual Property All branding, content, imagery, and materials on the ClearNest website are the property of ClearNest Cleaning Services. Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without express written consent. 11. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your bookings and provide support.
