Refund Policy – ClearNest Cleaning Services At ClearNest, we don’t just clean homes — we restore calm, comfort, and clarity to your space. We understand that when you let someone into your home or workspace, you expect more than just surface-level service — you expect care, consistency, and results. That’s why we’ve designed a transparent and respectful refund policy to make sure your experience with ClearNest is always a positive one. When Refunds May Be Issued We offer refunds or re-cleans in the following situations: A significant portion of your scheduled service was missed or not completed. The cleaning was performed well below ClearNest quality standards (e.g., visible dirt, skipped areas, incorrect materials used). Our team arrived late and was unable to complete the service due to time constraints we caused. You were charged incorrectly or for services you did not request. In these cases, we may offer a partial or full refund, or the option of a complimentary re-clean — whichever you prefer and depending on the nature of the issue. When Refunds Are Not Available Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions: You changed your mind after the service was completed. You failed to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. You were dissatisfied due to unrealistic expectations (e.g., expecting permanent damage/stains to be removed). You failed to notify us of a problem within 24 hours of service completion. The service was completed fully and to the scope defined in your booking. We encourage open communication, but we also expect honesty and good faith from our clients. Cancellation & Rescheduling Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking. If our team is dispatched and cannot access the property due to incorrect information or absence, the full service fee may still apply. We understand emergencies happen — and we do our best to be flexible where we can. How to Request a Refund or Re-clean To submit a request, please contact our customer care team with the following details: Your name and booking reference. A description of what went wrong. Photos (if applicable) of areas that were missed or issues found. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve the matter quickly and fairly. If a re-clean is offered, it will be scheduled at your convenience and handled by a senior team member. A Word From Our Team At ClearNest, your peace of mind is part of the service.
